Director and owner of Forensic Analytical Consultants, a California licensed forensic alcohol laboratory and consulting service. Forensic Alcohol Supervisor, re-certified 1987; NHTSA certification in Field Sobriety Testing theory, administration and analysis; Drug Alcohol Recognition Training Program (D.A.R.T.); and Intoximeter Factory Training, July 2000, in theory, operation and repair of Alco-Sensor/RBT and EC/IR breath testing devices.
